By downloading, installing, or using FlakeClient, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Description of Service

FlakeClient is a free, open-source Minecraft client and launcher. It provides built-in mods, performance optimizations, and a clean interface for playing Minecraft. FlakeClient is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang Studios or Microsoft in any way.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account. FlakeClient does not store your Microsoft or Mojang credentials. Authentication is handled directly through official Microsoft login flows. Never share your account credentials with anyone.

You agree to use FlakeClient in compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any servers, platforms, or services you connect to. You may not:

FlakeClient is provided under an open-source license. The FlakeClient name and logo are trademarks of the FlakeClient project. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. Use of the Minecraft name and assets is purely for descriptive purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

FlakeClient is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with all servers, or freedom from bugs. You use the software at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the FlakeClient team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the software. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, server bans, or account issues.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access to FlakeClient at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our official Discord server or website. Continued use of FlakeClient after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
